Returns and Exchanges

Goods may only be returned to Bacchus Marsh Print & Copy Centre Pty Ltd subject to the conditions as follows.

Returns will not be considered unless written authorisation or an authorising email has been issued from Bacchus Marsh Print & Copy Centre Pty Ltd.

In short, yes we do accept returns and exchanges. But this service is dependant upon the following terms.

Garments must be returned within 5 days of receiving them and sent to the correct warehouse with copies of the original Delivery Documents.

.

Garments can not be returned due to change of mind, they can only be returned for exchange due to fault or incorrect garment sent.

Garments must have the tags still on them...

.

Garments must be in the packaging which you received them and folded exactly the same so that we can return them...

.

A $15 restacking and administration fee will be charged on all garments being returned for exchange. This is to cover the charges placed upon us by our manufacturers when we return goods to them as well as freight and handling costs and staff labour costs involved with providing this service.

We only exchange and do not refund.

.

We only accept exchanges for the same style garment but required in a different size.

.

Exchanges only applies to unbranded garments.

.

The following brands cannot be returned, exchanged or ordered as samples due to manufacturers terms of trade. (John Kevin, Keval, City Collection, Bisley)

 

We have the sole right to accept or refuse returned garments if they are not in a resellable condition, are not a returnable brand or have exceeded the sample time frame.

Customer will be responsible for all freight charges to and from us with relation to exchanges.

.

Should you instruct us to ship the garments direct to your chosen branding company, Bacchus Marsh Print & Copy Centre Pty Ltd will not be responsible for garments sent once dispatched from our warehouse.
